Your pause

This is a space for you to pause — to step away from the noise and think clearly about your life. You may be used to fixing things quickly. But inner life doesn’t always respond to urgency. At Arium, we slow things down so you can understand the patterns that brought you here and move forward in a new way.

I don’t believe in overmedicating. I don’t believe in one-size-fits-all treatment. I do believe in thoughtful dialogue, informed decision-making, and respecting your autonomy every step of the way.

Our sessions might involve reflecting on a recent conflict, exploring long-standing anxieties, or simply making space for questions you haven’t had time to ask. We’ll balance insight with action, depth with practicality.

You don’t have to be falling apart to seek support. You just have to be ready to stop doing it all alone.

How I Can

At Arium Psychiatry, I offer personalized, evidence-based psychiatric care tailored to your unique needs. My practice focuses on supporting high-achieving professionals and individuals navigating life’s complexities with compassion, expertise, and discretion.

Whether you’re facing anxiety, depression, burnout, relationship challenges, or other mental health concerns, we’ll work together to create a plan that fits your goals and lifestyle.

I take a holistic approach to mental health care, recognizing the essential connection between the mind and body. I thoughtfully evaluate your overall well-being, considering physical health factors, and when appropriate, will collaborate with your other medical providers to ensure integrated and comprehensive care. My approach blends medication management, psychotherapy, and deep listening to support your unique needs.

I understand that reaching out for psychiatric care is a big step, and I want to make the process as clear and comfortable as possible.
